....was in August, SEVERAL months ago. This is very cliche, I know, but WE ARE NOT OLD ENOUGH TO HAVE A 3rd GRADER!!! Third grade was a big adjustment (Emma had to start a new school) there were lots of nerves but things are going very well...despite all the drama that just goes with being a girl (I can't believe it starts SO early!!) Ellie is enjoying 1st grade...she was so lucky to get the teacher Emma had in first grade who is just phenomenal! We are SO thankful for an incredible school system. And Edyn started preschool. We thought they were getting her mixed up with another girl when we got her report card and the section read like this...
"Manages anger/frustration well": N/A; Edyn does not get angry or frustrated; she is very laid-back. As her sister Ellie put it, "I save my bad energy for home too".
